Have you planned to change jobs and you need or wish to undertake a self-assessment and to optimize your search and application strategy?
During our career counselling you learn how to optimally present your profile and your motivation and how to edit your dossier up to date with today’s standards. You will be more conscious of your strengths, your potential and your inclinations, you will know your USP, and you train your presentation techniques, appearance, and interviewing skills.
The decision by HR to continue reading your dossier is made within only a few seconds. The decision to invite you for an interview is made within a few minutes. For the first impression you will only have a short moment and no second chance, but usually 60 to 90 minutes time to reinforce the first impression and assurance of the assessment by your interviewer. Reason enough, not to leave anything to chance!
