We do not offer standard solutions, we build on current theory, constructivist cognition orientation and adapt the educational course to your specific, individual needs in such a way that the resulting solutions are as unique as you and your company itself.
Our course locations and accommodations are very carefully selected. By incorporating creative, artistic activities, the training course becomes a unique and entertaining event that delivers valuable insights in a compact form specifically for you and your company.

Michaël Lucerne is a Swiss painter, sculptor, graphic artist and object artist with French roots who grew up in Lucerne. Since the beginning of 2020 he has been living and working at Château de la Houillère, Champagney, France.
